Move 'n' Improve Personal Training Tips to a faster metabolism


• Have 5 small meals a day and avoid eating to much in one seating.

• Have something to eat every three hours to avoid getting too hungry and eating too much.


• Eat slowly; take time to chew on your food. You also will find that you stomach will feel satisfied much earlier.

• Allow about three hours between your dinner and bed time or your body will have to store it as fat instead of using it for energy!


• Drink a lot of water, often we mistake hunger for thirst. If you “feel” hungry try to drink a big glass of water first.

• Avoid carbohydrate foods for dinner, your body won’t be able to use them for energy and it will be turned into fat!


• Have a nice, nutritious carbohydrate breakfast; it will give you energy for the day.

• Focus on eating enough proteins. Proteins should be the main food on your plate at dinner time. Try to have some proteins with every meal.

• Watch the amount of fat you eat!


• Watch the amount of processed foods!

• Go for lots of fresh wholesome foods, plenty of fruits and vegetables.

• Have a guilt free day on the weekend and enjoy your favourite food!
