• Have something to eat every three hours to avoid getting too hungry and eating too much.
• Allow about three hours between your dinner and bed time or your body will have to store it as fat instead of using it for energy!
• Avoid carbohydrate foods for dinner, your body won’t be able to use them for energy and it will be turned into fat!
• Focus on eating enough proteins. Proteins should be the main food on your plate at dinner time. Try to have some proteins with every meal. • Watch the amount of fat you eat!
• Go for lots of fresh wholesome foods, plenty of fruits and vegetables. • Have a guilt free day on the weekend and enjoy your favourite food! |
