Many Move 'n' Improvers start off training on their own and it's not long before out training has become their healthiest addiction ever! Move 'n' Improve Pesonal Training is especially good for individuals who want convenience and flexibility. It's also a favourite for those who are a little shy about exercising... whether it's exercising at all, or exercising in gyms. Some of our individuals haven't exercised since school, while others feel just a little too self-conscious to go into gyms! So Move 'n' Improve Personal Training is ideal for those who want to exercise, but haven't quite mustered up the courage to do it alone. Move 'n' Improve individuals are also those who want to increase their strength or achieve some fitness goals that they haven't been able to achieve on their own. Two of our clients were able to take part in a triathalon after starting to Move 'n' Improve and several others have done long distance fun runs which they would never have done otherwise! Individual training is often where Move 'n' Improve couples, pregnancies (we already have one Move 'n' Improve baby and three more on the way!) and families begin!
